Bz again...early morning dh start keter, send my sis to Jln Duta. Bas dier kol 9.30am. Phewww...traffic was extremely bad...eventho school holidays, but Kl now asyik rainy so traffic pon become slow, lembab semacam. Lepas tu terus lari pegi Tesco Bdr Utama (original plan was tesco extra selayang, but due to heavy traffic main redah jer jalan till jumpa simpang pegi LDP. Bought some groceries mainly veggies for my diet recipes. Broccoli, tofu, pucuk jagung, sweet peas, bread, sosej, salad, yoghurt, pasta sauce, tuna...thats all i think. Total spending rm30+. Not bad huh!!
Balik umah terus rush pegi dapo. Masak. Hungry giler!
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Pucuk jagung (in English what eh?)
Dried tofu
sweet peas
red chili
Ginger and garlic - nk tumis
How to:
Sprinkle some oil in a pan, then tumis ginger and garlic. Then put in the rest plus some water, stir then cover pan for 2,3 minutes. Dont over cooked, biar crunchy2 sikit..juicy and healthy.oo hungry to think of any. haha... heres the previous pic! Cuma this one ada tambah carrot.
